The world keeps changing faster – Alvin Toffler spent a whole book saying that back in 1970’s with “Future Shock” so there’s no news there. Then he followed it up with another book “The Third Wave”. Dozens of other authors have filled that gap now from “Business at the Speed of Thought” to memoirs from corporate giants.

A constant has always been – good ideas that can connect businesses with their customers.
